Growing up, Duglas wanted to be a math teacher and coach; however, he eventually made the decision to pursue a career in accounting.

Personal Philosophy of Service: Duglas strives to always show up early and work hard.

Duglas joined Brown Graham in 1982, shortly after graduating from college. He has spent his entire career with the firm. Today, he is a shareholder and serves as a Vice-President of the firm. He works in the tax sphere, serving clients in the areas of agriculture, oil & gas, and estate. A hardworking professional, Duglas credits his parents with instilling a strong work ethic in him.

Raised in Borger, Texas, Duglas currently lives in Pampa. He and his wife, Dorothy, have four children and one grandson. Duglas likes living in Pampa because it is a very friendly community. In his free time, his favorite activity is golfing.
