Favorite Quote: “If it is worth doing, it is worth doing right.”

Fun Fact: Gregg’s favorite book is Court Clown by John Carson. It tells the story of a young, uncoordinated goofball who, through hard work and the good eye of his coach, becomes the hero in leading his team to a championship. It is Gregg’s favorite book because it is sports oriented and full of valuable life lessons.

Gregg has spent the entirety of his professional accounting career serving on the Brown, Graham & Company (BGC) team. He joined the firm as a staff associate in 1981, just after earning his bachelor’s degree. Gregg worked diligently and rapidly rose to a leadership position in the firm. Today, he serves as BGC’s immediate past president and managing shareholder. Gregg believes that building personal relationships is the key to providing superlative service in management or client service. He is a thoughtful and intelligent leader.

Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Gregg now lives in Prosper with his wife, Julie. The couple have five adult children, Tracye, Matt, Jaci, Tyler, and Molly, and six grandchildren. In his free time, Gregg pursues a variety of hobbies including golf, fantasy football, reading, and “any sport.” He loves to listen to sports talk radio and enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys most of all.
