Lance has devoted the entirety of his professional accounting career to working on the Brown Graham team. He joined the firm in 1985 and has served the firm diligently for more than three decades. He currently works as a tax shareholder, specializing in healthcare, private family-owned businesses, agriculture, and estate planning. Within the firm, he is the secretary of the Brown Graham Board of Directors and sits on both the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Raised in Tulia, Texas, Lance currently lives in Canyon with his wife, Audrey. They have five children and five grandchildren. Lance enjoys living in Canyon because, even though it is a small city, it has much to offer in the arenas of sports, arts, and friendly people. In his free time, Lance enjoys running, reading, studying art, and golfing. When he has the opportunity to travel, his favorite destination is Kauai, Hawaii.
