Andrew’s inspiration for pursuing a career in accounting was to help people keep more of their money.
Favorite Book: The Gospel of John. Jesus Christ and his crucifixion inform every aspect of Andrew’s life.
Fun Fact: Andrew spent 10 years training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Since 2018, Andrew has been a valuable member of the Brown Graham team. He originally joined the firm as an associate, bringing with him three years of valuable tax experience and two years of bookkeeping experience. Today, Andrew serves as a tax manager. He works primarily with large and complex pass-through entities that have inter-related businesses. His clients are primarily in the agriculture, real estate, oil & gas, construction, and family investment sectors. The larger and more complex the entity, the more Andrew enjoys working on it. In his client relationships in particular but also in every personal interaction he has, Andrew seeks to love others that way that he wants to be loved.
Raised in San Antonio, Texas, Andrew currently lives in Amarillo with his wife, three kids, and four dogs. He enjoys Amarillo for the relaxed and laid-back pace of life that it offers, and for the friendly people there. Andrew enjoys outdoor pursuits including backpacking, scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and mountain climbing. When he has the chance to travel, his preferred destination is anywhere that he can have an outdoor adventure.
