A member of the Brown Graham team since 1988, Gary has helped shape the firm’s Audit and Accounting practice to where it is today. In addition to his role as Vice-President and Shareholder, Gary also serves as the Compliance Committee Chair and Assurance Leader for the firm. He specializes in audits for government entities, non-profit organizations, and for-profit businesses in a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, pharmaceutical sales, and oil & gas. Gary was drawn to the accounting profession because he enjoys helping solve problems, especially problems involving numbers. Dependable and hard-working, he makes it his goal to always look beyond the numbers for his clients.

Gary grew up in Amarillo and still lives in the city. He enjoys it because it feels like a small town, even though the population is over 200,000 people. Gary and his wife Melissa have two adult sons, Travis and Connor, four grandsons, and two chocolate labs, Chloe and Tilly. Outside of the office, Gary enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing yard work, and volunteering at his church.
